The Goodstack Impact Foundation US (previously known as Percent Impact Foundation) is a Delaware not-for-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 170(c)(2)(B) and 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) (the Code).

Our primary purpose is to raise public awareness of and respect for philanthropy through facilitating charitable donations to charities, educating the public about charitable giving, and creating visibility for charitable causes.
