United Kingdom
We receive donations from donors and companies and disburse them to charities within the United Kingdom
Goodstack Impact Foundation UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales. We are a tax-exempt, grant making foundation, recognised by the HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for Gift-Aid.
We are a grant-making foundation which aims to make global giving accessible to all and thereby provides all charities, from grassroots to major NGOs, with access to more sources of donations, large and small, so that they can continue to do vital charitable work for the benefit of society at large.
We fulfil this purpose by offering secure, simple, and efficient charitable giving by corporations, people, and funders to charities in a cost-effective manner, as charities pay no fees. Furthermore, because our funds are unrestricted, we maximise our public benefit by supporting as many charitable organisations as possible.
Previously known as Intelligent Foundation, our operations began at the end of 2021, shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic, following the numerous lockdowns imposed in the UK between 2020 and 2021, during which thousands of charities were unable to fundraise, the nonprofit sector needed financial support quickly. And this is how we started!
So far, we have been able to donate close to £ 5.5 millions, sending thousands of donations to more than 800 charities in the UK and elsewhere.
