Goodstack Impact Foundation (Canada) is a registered not-for-profit corporation, a Public Foundation, registered in Ontario, Canada. We are recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as a tax-exempt charity under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.

Our operations began in September 2024 and we have been working behind the scenes to connect with donors and Canadian charities to deliver on our charitable purposes.

What are our charitable purposes?

To receive and apply the funds received to qualified donees as defined in the subsection 149.1. (1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Our Mission?

We're committed to supporting qualified donees that are registered Canadian charities - and, in some cases, or in grantees who use their resources exclusively to charitable activities for public benefit.
