A donor or company recommended your charity to receive charitable donations from one the Foundations. Anyone can submit their nominations directly to us, or through one of the Goodstack’s digital solutions for giving.
Our Foundations also receive digital micro-donations because these are effectively replacing physical collection buckets. -
Donations are made to each Foundation along with a recommended charity, these are subject to local laws and tax regulations. All donations are consolidated and distributed as a single aggregated payment to each recommended and approved charity at least once a month.
The Foundations do not charge any administrative fees, ensuring that a greater portion of each donations reaches the benefitting charities.
If the aggregated value of the total donations does not meet the minimum payout amount of £45 (GBP) or $45 (AU$), then funds will be held until they equal the threshold. All pending donations will be disbursed after 90 (ninety) days, regardless of whether the minimum disbursement amount has been met.
Aggregating payments and setting a minimum threshold reduces the administrative burden for charities when receiving payouts.
We encourage charities to enrol with our technology partner, Goodstack, as a global leader in nonprofit verification, this is to enable safe donation methods to reach your charity securely, and fast!

In addition, all recommended charities are subject to comprehensive compliance and due diligence checks, that may include Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and Sanctions screenings.
